Reiki (pronounced Ray Kee) is a hands on healing method that utilizes both deep  physical relaxation and connecting to 'spiritual or divine source energy' to restore the body.  Anxiety, fear, depression or anger breeds tension which shuts down or restricts the natural flows of life giving energy through centers in the body.  Reiki can be used to assist many conditions.   Among those for which it has been successfully employed are:
